Launched in 2024 by Ciara Masterson, Bogha Bags is a slow fashion brand born from a desire to reshape the fashion industry’s wasteful practices.

Ciara graduated from The National College of Art & Design in 2018 with a BA (Hons) in fashion design and soon after relocated to London to start her career.

After six years designing for various high-street brands, Ciara returned to Ireland with a fresh perspective having witnessed firsthand the staggering amount of waste the industry produces daily. She knew she wanted to continue her love of designing and making but in a more considered and mindful way this time.

Add on a love for vintage and second hand shopping and it was a no- brainer, Bogha Bags was born.
